INDUSTRIAL abrasives, reprographics and optical supplies group Hancock & Gore Ltd has hit the acquisition trail, declaring it is looking for an acquisition big enough to double its revenue.

The diversified industrial group said yesterday it had recorded a 25 per cent increase in net profit to a record $3.8 million, based on revenue of $69.4 million, with profitability up in all operating sectors.
