Chef Guillaume Brahimi is promising his new Sydney restaurant will be more like a “suburban" venue, but diners shouldn’t expect mid-range prices.

Brahimi will serve his last orders Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House on New Year’s Eve this year, before opening guillaume in the premises currently home to Darcy’s in Paddington in Sydney’s east in early 2014.
