Politicians alone cannot stop violence against women
Malcolm Turnbull best summed up the challenge a decade ago when he sought to address domestic violence. The challenge for Anthony Albanese is little different.

It was September 2015, and already that year more than 60 women had been killed by a partner or family member. One in six Australian women had experienced physical or sexual violence from a current or former partner.
