Morrison's dash for gas as coal slowly flickers out
Once coal-fired power could split the Coalition. Now the issue has vanished in a cloud of gas.

In isolation, however, it is still a fair chunk of cash and increasingly it appears it will be sprayed against the wall to reach a conclusion at which many have already arrived – that few, if any, are prepared to build new coal-fired power in Australia.
