McCormack facing heat over a matter of facts

Acting Prime Minister Michael McCormack has defended the right of coalition MPs to peddle misinformation online, saying "facts are sometimes contentious" and that some of what they post on social media is true.
And Mr McCormack has dug in following criticism that he equated last week's deadly riot at US Congress to anti-racism protests, echoing a slogan embraced by white supremacists that "all lives matter".
