Life sentences for Qld children as LNP pledges youth crime crackdown

Children convicted of murder in Queensland would be jailed for life under an LNP state government, in a major election pitch unveiled by Opposition Leader David Crisafulli.
In a bid to curb youth crime, the LNP has pledged to punish children as adults for a range of offences including manslaughter, grievous bodily harm, robbery, break and enter, and car theft.
