Lehrmann criminal inquiry judge committed ‘serious corrupt conduct’

The former Supreme Court justice who oversaw the inquiry into the criminal rape trial of Bruce Lehrmann committed serious corrupt conduct by giving a copy of his report to the ABC and The Australian.

On Wednesday, the ACT Integrity Commission made the corruption finding against Walter Sofronoff, KC, finding he did not act in good faith by leaking his report to the media before giving it to the ACT government.
