Advertising executive Nick Keenan was in a meeting with billionaire Gerry Harvey when someone asked the Harvey Norman founder whom he was trying to reach with his ads.

“Someone asked him, ‘what’s your target demographic?’,” Keenan recalls. “Gerry replied, ‘anyone with money’.” It was genius in its simplicity – and the anecdote comes to mind when Keenan is asked about the advertising strategy for Clive Palmer’s Trumpet of Patriots party this federal election.
