Former Labor premier Morris Iemma and his ex-Liberal MP business partner have been active lobbyists for property developers this year at high levels of the NSW government, as Premier Chris Minns pushes through a rezoning and new home construction overhaul.

Iemma Patterson Premier Advisory, run by Mr Iemma and Chris Patterson, and its clients accounted for 12 out of 16 meetings this year between the NSW Planning Department and third-party lobbyists, the official public register of such meetings shows.
