Greens seek profit from human misery: Labor MP

The Labor caucus has resoundingly backed Anthony Albanese’s decision to suspend rebel senator Fatima Payman, as the Greens announced plans to keep trying to destabilise the government over the war in Gaza.
Despite the show of solidarity from the caucus during its weekly meeting on Tuesday, from which Senator Payman had been excluded, the Greens would not rule out moving another motion this week to recognise Palestine.
