Greens accused of using Gaza to ‘harvest votes’

The government and the opposition have jointly accused the Greens of using Israel’s invasion of Gaza to harvest votes, lying about Australia’s complicity in the conflict and tacitly legitimising antisemitism and violence.
“Enough is enough,” Prime Minister Anthony Albanese told Greens leader Adam Bandt, in extraordinary and sometimes hostile scenes that occupied the parliament for the best part of two hours on Wednesday.
