In late 2018, global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright executed the first stage in a plan to expand its Canberra footprint and make government work a key component of its national practice.

Three partners, including now head of Commonwealth government, Holly McAdam, as well as Richard Morrison and Martin Taylor, jumped ship from local firm Sparke Helmore, taking their teams with them.
