CSL boss calls for clarity and calm on AstraZeneca
CSL chief executive Paul Perreault has called for clarity and calm in the rollout of the AstraZeneca vaccine, and warned national cabinet against taking a regressive step on the international border.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration reported five new cases of blood clots linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine on Thursday, taking the total to 69 from 4.8 million doses. British health authorities are also investigating the death of a woman who died five weeks after taking the AstraZeneca vaccine in Australia.
