Courts across the country are scrambling to review their policies and procedures in the wake of the High Court sexual harassment scandal which this week rocked the Australian legal profession.
With the High Court in turmoil after an internal inquiry found former judge Dyson Heydon had harassed six associates, some of Australia's most senior judges labelled such behaviour "reprehensible" and a breach of public trust.
