Coalition voters win in Labor’s tax U-turn: PM

The Albanese government is touting statistics showing 85 per cent of voters in Coalition seats will be better off under its new income tax cut plan, in a bid to force the opposition to back its tax cut broken promise.
With the issue to come to a head when parliament resumes next week, the Coalition will not take a final position until then as to how it will vote.
