Children under five could get COVID jabs within weeks

Australia could begin offering COVID-19 vaccinations to children under five within weeks, as the federal government’s expert advisory panel considers an application from drug giant Moderna.
US regulators last week said the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were safe for children aged six months to five years old, meaning final consideration by the national Food and Drug Administration is imminent.
