Australia has too many national parks
The allocation of national park status should be reformed to guide tourists to the places that are truly special.

Whether you plan to catch a fish, pitch a tent, ride a bike, surf a wave, take a bushwalk or just enjoy a cold beer as the sun goes down, the chances are you will be at or near a national park. After all, you have plenty of choice as there are so many of them.
Sadly, the tragic and disastrous bushfires have devastated many towns and upset the holiday plans of thousands of holidaymakers. The impact of the fires on native flora and fauna has also been severe.
