The false dichotomy between business and unions reared its ugly head at Victoria's hotel quarantine inquiry on Wednesday, even in the midst of the so-called apolitical response to the global pandemic.
The blame game on who decided to use private security, continued in circles at the inquiry. Minister for Jobs Martin Pakula pointed to the Department of Health and State Controller Kym Peake, who again told the inquiry it was a "shared responsibility".
