ACT Director of Public Prosecutions Shane Drumgold’s job hangs by a thread after a series of damning findings from the inquiry probing his conduct in the rape trial of former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann.

Delivered to ACT Chief Minister Barr on Monday, the report found Mr Drumgold lied to Supreme Court Chief Justice Lucy McCallum, “preyed on” inexperienced prosecutors, and acted in a way that was “grossly unethical”.
