Scott Morrison says the looming royal commission into abuse against Australians with disability will be as big as the $373 million, five-year child sexual abuse probe.

A day after writing to state and territory leaders seeking cooperation on the formation of detailed terms-of-reference, Mr Morrison welcomed collaboration from NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews and South Australian Premier Steven Marshall.
