Dick starts to pay down debt, even if it’s a sleight of hand

Like Bill Shorten, Queensland Treasurer Cameron Dick loves a zinger. And there were plenty of them littered through his 52-page address to State Parliament when he handed down his second budget on Tuesday afternoon.
“Debt is not a dirty word,” Dick said. “Queensland does not have debt problem.”
