BSA (BSA)
In 2007, BSA acquired the Triple M business, expanding the company's areas of expertise, diversifying its industry exposure and making it less reliant on one-off contracts. The acquisition has paid dividends for BSA, with its building services division being awarded sizeable contracts, particularly in the past six months.
New contracts for heating, ventilation and air conditioning work totalling $70 million were announced in October. Since BSA acquired Triple M, the work book has trebled. Importantly, a large proportion of installation projects lead to ongoing compliance work, creating recurring revenue.
