Two years after he stepped down from Austrim Nylex, Alan Jackson still receives income from the company he pasted together under a mountain of debt.

The group's headquarters, on the fourth and fifth floors at 608 St Kilda Road in Melbourne, are leased from a company owned by Mr Jackson.
