ASIC moves to strip firm of holding

A tax haven-registered company caught in the Project Wickenby probe into offshore tax evasion is set to be stripped of its $4.75 million shareholding in listed biotech Novogen.
Representatives of Leominister Company, domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, failed to make an appearance in the NSW Supreme Court yesterday.
