“You’ve got to find the right environment to grow them and that’s a challenge," says Paul Steere , chairman of ASX-listed Clean Seas . “You’ve got to make sure you have the right depth, the right type of water, the right temperature of water . . . the salinity. How fast currents might flow or not flow? You’ve got to make sure you have oxygen coming through to the fish," he says.
