Daniel Andrews doesn’t plan to share power with the Greens in a minority government, saying “no deal will be offered, and no deal will be done”, but he might not have a choice.

The Victorian Premier was sweating as he gave a press conference at a Northcote kindergarten on Monday and, according to the bookies, Mr Andrews has good reason to feel the heat in the seat.
