AMP Investments has leased 5,278 sq m of space in its AMP Building in Perth to Minproc Engineers in one of the largest Perth leasing deals this year.

The deal highlights the burgeoning recovery in Perth's office leasing market, which has been backed by the State's thriving minerals and resources industry.
