Ken Henry’s latest warning that younger workers are “screwed” from the rising burden of tax on labour income came with an admission.

Henry, a tax reform veteran, said advocates must be more effective at explaining the economic and social problems caused by the antiquated tax system and better sell the desperate need for change to everyday people.
