Matrix Composites & Engineering is braving tough equity market conditions to launch a $36.7 million capital raising through Argonaut Capital.

Matrix is seeking $25.9 million in a placement to institutions and sophisticated investors, and another $10.8 million in a one-for-15 entitlement offer to existing shareholders.
