Corporate raider Mariner Corporation has moved on to its next target, pitching a $19.7 million bid for skate brand Globe International .

Mariner submitted a five-for-four scrip bid that it said was worth 47.5¢ a share based on Mariner’s last closing price. Mariner said it represented a 21.8 per cent premium to Globe’s last close.
