Vaccine rollout has Qld behind the pack again on COVID-19 response
Queensland has appeared flat-footed in its health response to COVID-19 innoculation. As economies open up and politicians attempt to keep borders open, the Palaszczuk government will be hoping its luck doesn’t run out.
Not content with having a sluggish economy due to its stop-start border closures last year during the coronavirus pandemic, Queensland is also falling behind the pack when it comes to its vaccine rollout.
With the state on high alert following a doctor testing positive to COVID-19 late last week, the spotlight has again fallen on the Palaszczuk government and its health response to the coronavirus.
