More than 60 professors protest Stuart Robert’s research grant veto
More than 60 of Australia’s most eminent professors have written an open letter to acting Education Minister Stuart Robert protesting his decision to veto funding for six research grants.
The 62 signatories are all Australian Research Council laureate professors, the most prestigious research fellowship in the nation, who say that “research funding in Australia is becoming political and short-sighted”.
