Seven Group Holdings boss Ryan Stokes was still a young man when he witnessed the cruel toll of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

The experience inspired him to become a supporter of the Brain and Mind Centre at the University of Sydney in his 20s and then the inaugural chairman of national youth-focused mental health foundation Headspace in 2006.
