New mystery coronavirus cases in Sydney's west are a "big concern" to NSW health authorities as testing rates climb close to pre-Christmas levels.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says Victoria's decision to completely shut to NSW in response to rising cases was a "waste of resources".
