Thousands told to self-isolate as new Sydney cluster emerges

Another serious breach of NSW's hotel quarantine program has sparked a new coronavirus cluster, with thousands who visited a bottle shop in Sydney's west over Christmas and New Year's being asked to self-isolate.
Sydneysiders now risk copping a fine if they are caught without a mask from Monday, as the state government also reduced capacity caps at venues and gatherings.
