NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian plans to offer incentives for vaccinations as part of a path to normality that will include loosening a lockdown next month that has confined more than 6 million people to their homes.

From Wednesday construction workers in councils under tight restrictions in south-west and western Sydney will be allowed to return to work three weeks after they have their first jab. More than 70,000 construction workers in the region have been locked down and unable to go to work for weeks.
