Ron Brierley’s Guinness Peat Group (GPG) and listed investment vehicle CVC Limited are exploring the sale of Green’s Foods, the owner of grocery brands including Poppin microwave popcorn, Lowan oats and muesli and Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs.

Any sales process would have to find a buyer willing to be a supplier of major supermarkets Woolworths and Coles .
