Part‌ ‌of‌ ‌this‌ ‌will‌ ‌involve‌ ‌understanding‌ ‌that these‌ ‌fires‌ ‌are‌ ‌not‌ ‌just‌ ‌a‌ ‌humanitarian‌ ‌problem,‌ ‌they‌ ‌are‌ ‌an‌ ‌economic‌ ‌one‌ ‌as‌ ‌well.‌ ‌ ‌
