Australians can expect more hot days, more often

Australia will experience heatwaves that last longer and come more often, a trend that will become more extreme, a new report by the nation’s leading climate agencies has warned.
A biannual report produced by the CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology has found Australia’s climate warmed by 1.5C over the past century, leading to more frequent extreme heat events and fewer cool days.
