Former NuCoal Resources director Andrew Poole sold 30 million NuCoal shares last week, and it is understood the stake was bought by a corporate buyer.

Street Talk understands the 30 million shares, worth 3.9 per cent of the company’s shares on issue, were bought by a strategic corporate party. The buyers identity will not be disclosed because its holding remains below 5 per cent.
