Regulators have sliced into the company's lucrative (and eye-watering) taxi payment fees and global ride-sharing czar Uber is taking the world by storm. The one-two punch was evident in the company's first half, when revenue fell 11.8 per cent year over year and underlying operating profit fell 28.9 per cent.
