Light rail relief for Fortescue Metals Group's access pain

Having fought and famously surrendered in a nine-year effort to earn a discounted ride on other people's Pilbara railway sets, Fortescue has now earned a High Court rejection of the company's opening defence of the operational integrity of the railway it ended up building for itself in becoming Australian iron ore's third force.
