There's something topsy-turvey about the sharemarket now. Investors seem to be overpaying for stocks showing any sort of growth, while tossing aside companies that have got a decent long-term track record when it comes to earnings.

All investors are facing some big decisions in trying to invest for growth when there's not much of it around and one of the main challenges is how to get more diversification in shares without dialling up a higher-risk profile.
