Premier Li Keqiang had his moment in the sun over the past two weeks with China's annual meetings of the National People's Congress (NPC) and China People's Consultative Committee (CCPC).

The "two meetings", or "liang kuai", each March bring China's political and business elites from across the country together in Beijing for frenzied, speed-networking on steroids. This year was busier than usual with the release of the all-important Thirteenth Five Year Plan (13thFYP).
