A good banking culture is hard to enforce

Every one wants to talk about culture now – especially in banking. For the regulators, the boards, the management and, of course, the customers, it has become the buzzword that explains any problem in the wake of the global financial crisis. And every possible solution.
The catch is there's considerable disagreement at the most senior levels on just how banks develop a better culture within their organisations.
