Pauline Hanson has labelled embattled Western Australian Senator Rod Culleton a pain in the backside after he resigned from the One Nation party, leaving her with just three Senators.

Senator Culleton is currently facing two legal cases which could render him ineligible as a parliamentarian - including one in the High Court which is awaiting judgement.
