Donald Trump's State of the Union speech expected to revive infrastructure push
Washington | Donald Trump is expected to resurrect his push for Democrat support to spur infrastructure spending in his delayed State of the Union address to Congress, which would include a call to extend a 62-year-old Eisenhower era highways funding program.
Despite widespread cynicism in Washington about the likelihood of a genuine deal, both sides will this week for the first time since the November midterm elections lay out what they hope to achieve.
