Navitas CEO Rod Jones warns fee cap in student loan scheme could damage quality
Rod Jones, chief executive of Australia's largest education company Navitas, has called on the federal government to increase the limits on course fees in the new student loan program that will replace the disastrous VET FEE-HELP scheme.
Education Minister Simon Birmingham announced last week that courses approved for loans under the new program would have fee limits of $5000, $10,000 or $15,000 depending on the course.
