Acquire Learning fined $4.5m

The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission won its case against Acquire Learning on Tuesday with the Federal Court finding that Acquire had "rorted the [government's] VET FEE-HELP scheme" by using telemarketers who were paid cash and prizes based on how many students they could enrol.
