Perth scooter manufacturer Vmoto has announced plans to make an all-electric scooter, signing a heads of agreement on Thursday to enter a strategic alliance with the shareholders E-Max, one of the world’s leading electric scooter companies which is based near Munich in Germany.

Vmoto specialises in motor scooters and all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and also operates an international scooter and ATV trading and distribution business in Shanghai, along with a sales, distribution and design centre in Barcelona.
